We carefully inspect and pack every pair of footwear before dispatch and follow a simple exchange policy to maintain product quality and hygiene. We accept exchanges on eligible products within 7 days of delivery. To request an exchange, customers must contact our team within 7 days of receiving the order through WhatsApp or the contact details provided on our website. The product must be completely unused and unworn, in its original condition, with all original tags, labels, packaging, accessories and product box intact, and must not have any stains, marks, scratches, odour, signs of wear, washing, alteration or damage after delivery. All exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval by the YROX team. Approved exchanges will be processed through store credit, which can be used towards a future purchase from YROX after the returned product has been received and successfully inspected. Monetary refunds will not be provided for eligible exchange requests unless required under applicable law. Products purchased during sale or clearance offers, where specifically mentioned, products that have been worn, washed or used, products with visible stains, dirt, scratches or signs of wear, products returned without original packaging, tags or accessories, and products damaged due to improper use, washing, storage or handling are not eligible for return or exchange. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and share clear photographs and/or an unedited video showing the product, packaging and issue through WhatsApp or email so our team can review the concern and provide an appropriate resolution if the claim is found to be genuine. For size-related issues, customers may request a size exchange within the eligible exchange period, provided the footwear is unused, unworn and meets all exchange conditions; size exchanges are subject to product availability and applicable shipping or handling charges, if any. Please do not send any product back without first contacting the YROX team and receiving confirmation from us, as unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
