Approved exchanges will be processed through store credit, which can be used towards a future purchase from YROX after the returned product has been received and successfully inspected. Monetary refunds will not be provided for eligible exchange requests unless required under applicable law. Products purchased during sale or clearance offers, where specifically mentioned, products that have been worn, washed or used, products with visible stains, dirt, scratches or signs of wear, products returned without original packaging, tags or accessories, and products damaged due to improper use, washing, storage or handling are not eligible for return or exchange.
